Der Konsistenz ist nicht so cremig, wie ich dachte und der Säuregehalt ist mir zu hoch. Beim zweiten Verwenden drehte sich unbemerkt der Dosierungseinsatz mit raus und die gewollte kleine Zugabe fiel etwas kräftiger aus. Die ist mir bei dieser Art des Dosierungseinsatzes schon einmal passiert. Hier könntet ihr gern nach einer... mehr >>

Der balsamic ist mir nicht cremig genug

Das Produkt selbst ist sehr gut. Der Verschluß der Flasche ist Mangelhaft. Ich habe zum 3. Mal dieses Produkt bezogen und 2 Mal war der Verschluß mangelhaft. Bei dieser Preisklasse kann man auch da eine bessere Qualität erwarten.

Decent balsamic vinegar but for a little extra (some 12 EUR) there are alternatives that are thicker and richer in flavour

Der Balsamico ist lecker, für meine Verhältnisse dürfte er noch etwas runder, reifer sein.
