This balsamic vinegar from Modena is made according to traditional methods from organically grown, ripe grapes and is matured for at least three years. The thick, dark brown balsamic vinegar adds a wonderful flavour to salads and vegetable dishes with its sweet sour note. It is a must in any Mediterranean cuisine!

Der Essig hat eine schöne dunkle Farbe. Der Geschmack ist ausgewogen, hat eine stimmige Säure-Süße-Balance. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Der Balsamico ist sehr mild. Die Konsistents ist hervorragend. Es eignet sich gut für die kalte Küche, Salatsoße, Cappachio usw.
