125 g | almond flour |
125 g | blanched almonds, grated |
6 | eggs |
200 g | powdered sugar |
Prise | salt |
3 TL | plum kernel oil tsp |
2 EL | mineral water |
grated orange or lemon peel |
Zubereitung
Separate the egg yolks and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Stir the egg yolks with the powdered sugar until foamy, add 2 tablespoons of mineral water, then add the grated almonds, almond flour, plum kernel oil and the lemon peel (alternatively orange peel) and work into a dough. Carefully stir in the egg whites.
Bake the dough in a greased springform pan (26 cm diameter) on the middle rack in the oven at 170° C for 55 min. After cooling, carefully remove from the form, sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with almonds as desired.
