Spring-like composition for asparagus dishes. Asparagus - both green and white - is probably the epitome of spring vegetables. The subtly flavoured vegetable becomes even better with this composition of freshly milled, cold-pressed canola and lightly roasted hazelnut oil. The oil blend is rounded off with a fine bouquet of spices and herbs. Simply drizzle the oil over the cooked asparagus before serving. By the way: Asparagus spice oil also harmonises beautifully with any fine and pale coloured vegetables such as kohlrabi, cauliflower, carrots or salsify.

Der Muskat sticht gut heraus, uns gefällt es auch zu Gemüse Kartoffel Pfanne gut. Ich finde es gut, dass hier auf dem Produkt steht, dass es nicht erhitzt werden sollte. Ich verstehe nicht, warum auf vielen Rapsölen immer wieder empfohlen wird, Rapsöl ggf zu erhitzen. Die Omega 3 werden zerstört bei Hitze, wer das... mehr >>

Das Öl ist einfach klasse. Es kann so vielseitig eingesetzt werden und ist jetzt fester Bestandteil in unserer Küche. Ich kann es nur empfehlen und bin sogar etwas traurig es erst jetzt entdeckt zu haben. Aber es ist ja nie zu spät neues auszuprobieren. Mein absoluter neuer Favorit, sensationell!!! Ich hoffe, es wird in den normalen Warenbestand aufgenommen. Es sollte in "Gemüse Würzöl" umbenannt werden. Egal welches Gemüse, damit schmeckt alles besser. Ich habe es getestet über: Grünkohl, Wirsing, Kohlrabi Spinat,... es verbessert einfach jedes Gemüse geschmacklich.

Ich habe kürzlich, das Öl erstmalig bestellt und bin überrascht wie gut das Öl viele Gemüsegerichte perfekt ergänzt. Ich frühstücke seit einiger Zeit warm. Gemüse gehört immer dazu. Es rundet viele Sorten wie Kohlrabi, Blumenkohl, Brokkoli, Spargel wunderbar ab.

Habe immer einen Vorrat fürs ganze Jahr, denn ich finde, es passt nicht nur zum Spargel, auch andere Gemüse, wie Karotten oder Blumenkohl vertragen es sehr gut und ein Schuss im Kartoffelpüree ist ebenfalls sehr sehr lecker!!!
