| 200 g | cooked beetroot |
| 1 Bund | rocket salad |
| 60 g | walnut kernels |
| 0.5 | red onion |
| 3 EL | argan oil roasted |
| 2 EL | apple quince balsamic vinegar |
| 1 TL | honey |
| 1 Prise | salt |
| 1 Prise | pepper |
Preparation
Wash rocket salad, allow to drip and place in a salad bowl. Cut feta and beetroot into dice, finely chop onion and walnuts and add to the bowl. For the dressing, mix roasted argan oil, apple quince balsamic vinegar and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the salad right before serving.
