2 ELchia seeds
3 ELflaxseed oil
100 gblueberries
1 banana
200 mlalmond milk
50 mlapple juice
20 gcoconut rasps

Preparation
Wash blueberries, peel and roughly chop the banana. Place in a blender and mix with flaxseed oil, almond milk and apple juice until smooth. Pour in glasses and stir in one tablespoon chia seeds per portion. Let soak for at least 10 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut rasps.

Hinweise
You can also use hemp seed or omega balance oil instead of flaxseed oil.
