80 g | dark chocolate |
100 g | pitted dates |
100 g | chopped hazelnuts |
2 EL | coconut oil |
4 EL | oats |
unsweetened cocoa powder |
Zubereitung
Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath with 1.5 tablespoons coconut oil. Toast oats in a pan with half a tablepsoon coconut oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Shred the dates in a blender and place in a large bowl. Add the chocolate coconut oil mixture, the chopped hazelnuts and the oats and mix. Form a large ball and place in a sealed container and put it in the fridge for one hour.
Form small balls (diameter around 3 cm) with your hands and roll them in cocoa powder. You can also use chopped hazelnuts instead. Keep the chocolate balls in the fridge.
