Organic Roasted Pumpkin Seed Oil

Our roasted organic pumpkin seed oil is a popular cooking oil with a dark green colour and aromatic flavour. Pressing at temperatures of no more than 40 degrees preserves the valuable ingredients and unique flavour of the pumpkin seed oil. In Styria and in this country, pumpkin seed oil is considered a gourmet delicacy and is used not only to prepare savoury dishes such as salad dressings and soups, but also to refine desserts such as ice cream and crêpes. Similar to balsamic cream, pumpkin seed oil can be used to decorate dishes. With its dark green, almost brown colour, it enhances mozzarella and soups.

Condimento Bianco Vinegar

A real classic, this mild, fresh organic white wine vinegar is made from high quality wines. Our Condimento Bianco pairs perfectly with nutty and mild oils and adds a sweet and tangy note to any salad dressing. White Wine Vinegar is made from freshly pressed white wine. It is aged in small oak barrels and bottled by hand.

Organic Basil Flavour Oil

Our Basil Seasoning Oil is an aromatic combination of freshly cold-pressed organic rapeseed oil and freshly harvested basil. This popular oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and is vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free.
