100 g | coconut oil |
150 g | sugar |
1 Päckchen | vanilla sugar |
1 | egg |
50 g | coconut flour |
1 TL | baking powder |
1 Prise | salt |
75 g | coconut rasps |
50 g | cornflakes |
Zubereitung
Whisk coconut oil, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add the egg and stir until the sugar dissolves. Mix flour and salt and stir in the sugar-egg mix spoon by spoon. Add the coconut rasps. Put the cornflakes in a freezer bag and crush them. Add to dough.
Cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the biscuits on the tray and leave some space between them. Bake at 175 °C for 8 to 10 minutes.
