| 200 g | coconut rasps |
| 4 Stück | egg whites |
| 150 g | powdered sugar |
| 1 Päckchen | vanilla sugar |
| 2 TL | lemon juice |

Preparation
Beat the egg whites until stiff and slowly add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Gently stir in the coconut rasps. Preheat the oven to 150 °C fan. Fill a piping bag with the dough and place small macaroons on a baking tray with parchment paper. You can also use a spoon instead. Bake the macaroons for around 20 minutes. Allow the biscuits to cool. If desired, the macaroons can be coated with dark chocolate.
