Chinese Five Spices: fiery hot
The taste of South Asian cuisine in a jar: Chinese Five Spices oil combines virgin coconut oil with fiery cayenne pepper, nutmeg and mace, ginger, onion, turmeric, garlic, coriander and hot paprika. The aroma and taste of the five spice blend, which is very popular in China, combine with the subtle, typical coconut note to create a fiery, spicy specialty. Please dose carefully.
Curry: Indian variety of flavors
Curry coconut spice oil scores highly wherever Indian flair is required. It is based on virgin coconut oil. This spice composition combines complex Indian flavors. It contains mustard seeds, turmeric, coriander, lovage, cayenne pepper, fenugreek, cumin, pepper, garlic, cinnamon, bay leaf and cardamom.
Ras el hanout: spices from 1001 nights
Ras el Hanout coconut spice oil combines spices from the Arabian Nights with a subtle coconut note. Depending on how it is made, up to 25 spices are combined in the Ras el Hanout spice blend, including sweet, hot and bitter flavors. Our finely balanced coconut spice oil contains turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, paprika, cumin, fennel, star anise, allspice, galangal, lavender blossom, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves and pepper.

Valuable virgin coconut oil as a base
The coconut spice oils are made on the basis of our virgin organic coconut oil. This is obtained from fully ripe, organically grown coconuts and gently bottled. It impresses with its fine coconut note and a wealth of nutrients.
Coconuts naturally provide protein, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins and minerals. Coconut oil contains medium-chain fatty acids, known as MCTs (medium chain triglycerides), such as lauric acid, which makes up almost half of the fatty acids in the oil. In combination with a varied, fresh diet, organic coconut oil makes an important contribution to a balanced diet.

Usage
Add the coconut spice oil of your choice in the desired intensity to the hot dish just before serving and stir. If a coconut spice oil is to be used to season cold dishes, simply melt the desired amount and stir in.
The Chinese Five Spices coconut spice oil goes perfectly with wok dishes with meat, fish, tofu and vegetables, in rice and noodle pans and as a seasoning for spring roll and wonton fillings.
The curry coconut spice oil is particularly versatile and goes well with all vegetable, rice, noodle, meat and fish dishes. It is particularly popular for use in woks.
Ras el Hanout coconut spice oil goes well with couscous, meat dishes, rice pans, dishes with chickpeas and all dishes that need an oriental touch.
