Ingredients

| 250 g | low-fat curd |
| 30 ml | flaxseed oil |
| 3 EL | sparkling water |
| 1 Prise | salt and pepper |
| 1 TL | raw cane sugar |
| fresh herbs like cives or parsley |
Preparation
Place curd in a bowl and pour over with flaxseed oil. Stir using a hand mixer. Add sparkling water to make the curd fluffy and spreadable. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper and sugar. Chop fresh garden herbs like chives or parsley and stir in the mix. Serve with potatoes in the skin.
