Our Truffle Seasoning Oil is a balanced composition of organically produced extra virgin olive oil from Italy with the unmistakable organic aroma of white truffles. The rare white truffles of the variety "tuber magnatum pico" from the region of Calabria are a true delicacy for gourmets and connoisseurs. Our organic grape seed oil is a gently cold-pressed edible oil made from high-quality organic grape seeds. For one liter of the light green oil, 8 to 12 kilograms of grape seeds are needed. Olive oil Koroneiki virgin extra

Crema del Borgo Aceto Balsamico di Modena

Our Crema del Borgo is a sweet balsamic vinegar with a creamy texture. Made from freshly pressed grape juice of the Pinot Noir grape variety, produced in the manner of a true Aceto Tradizionale. The grape juice is fermented in two stages, first to red wine and then to vinegar. A gently simmered grape must from the same grape variety is added to the young vinegar, giving it its typical sweet note.

Sea Salt Flakes from Nordur Salt

Nordur Sea Salt are crunchy sea salt flakes from Iceland's pure Arctic waters of the Westfjords. They are produced according to the old tradition from 1753. This involves pumping clear Arctic sea water into open pans where it is slowly heated with water from natural hot springs.

Black pepper from Becking's Gewürzmühle

The coarse black pepper from Becking's Gewürzmühle convinces with its spicy and hot taste. It is hand-packed in the Hamburg roasting manufactory. It brings spice and sharpness and is universally applicable - also to desserts with strawberries, figs or chocolate.
