Grape seed flour is made from cleaned, dried grape seeds which are gently deoiled and finely ground. It still contains approximately 10 g grape seed oil per 100 g together with vegetable protein and approximately 40 g dietary fibre per 100 g. For our grape seed flour we use seeds from Naturland producers in the wine regions of Germany and South Africa. Ideal for muesli and desserts! Gluten free.
