Zutaten

4 ELhemp seed oil
125 mlyogurt or vegan alternative
1 Prisesalt
1 Prisepepper
1 TLraw cane sugar
½ TLmustard
fresh herbs

Zubereitung
Finely chop fresh herbs, for instance parsley and chives, mix with the remaining ingredients and pour over the salad right before serving.

Hinweise
Hemp seed oil has a mild, nutty flavour and a beneficial proportion of linoleic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid, to alpha-linolenic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid, of 3:1.
