Zutaten
200 g | oats |
30 g | walnuts |
30 g | cashew nuts |
30 g | pine nuts |
20 g | sunflower seeds |
20 g | coconut rasps |
80 g | honey or maple syrup |
40 g | coconut oil |
1 Prise | salt |
Zubereitung
Preheat the oven to 175 °C fan. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Evenly spread out the mix on a baking tray with parchment paper and bake for around 20 to 25 minutes on the middle rack until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool entirely. Store in a sealable jar and consume within 2 weeks.
Hinweise
Tip: If desired, add raisins or dried fruit after baking. You can also replace the nuts in the recipe with almonds, hazelnuts or peanuts.
