2 | ripe mangos |
2 EL | ange juice |
250 ml | yogurt |
50 ml | water |
25 g | chia seeds |
1 TL | vanilla almond spice oil |
1 EL | cane sugar or honey |
30 g | cashew nuts |
fresh mint leaves |
Zubereitung
Peel mangos, cut pulp into dice and place in a bowl. Add orange juice and blend until smooth. Take a second bowl and mix yogurt, water, sugar (or coconut flower sugar) and vanilla almond spice oil. Stir in chia seeds and let soak for at least 15 minutes. Pour the mango puree in four glasses. Carefully distribute the chia yogurt cream on the mash with a tablespoon. Roughly chop the cashew nuts and scatter over the yogurt. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or nana mint spice oil.
