Zutaten
1 | ripe mango |
4 | passion fruits |
100 ml | ange juice |
1 | handful of ice cubes |
50 ml | coconut milk |
fresh mint leaves |
Zubereitung
Peel mango, remove kernel and place in a blender. Cut passion fruits in half and add the pulp to the blender along with the ice cubes, orange juice and coconut milk. Blend until smooth. Pour in glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
