Available again: Our smoked pepper spice oil20. June 2017
The mixture of savoury pepper, a hint of spiciness and a fine smoke aroma turns every meal into a bonfire experience. The delicious combination of roasted-smoked spicy pods and fresh from the mill rapeseed oil convinces everyone who likes a savory flavour. Tastes like freshly grilled. Simply sprinkle the oil over vegetables, tofu, fish or meat.
Finally our smoked pepper spice oil is available again in our online shop and stores.
“Fresh from the mill” now also available in Cologne16. June 2017
Since June 2017, culinary fans in and around Cologne can find our freshly cold pressed oils also in the city at the Rhine. In our new shop in Cologne's city center customers can enjoy our organic products including rarities such as hazelnut, walnut or hemp oil. On the opening day more than 150 customers visited the oil shop and tasted our organic cold pressed specialties.
Location: Friesenwall 29 in Cologne, parallel to the "Ring" between Friesenplatz and Rudolfplatz.
Awarded as “Culinary Ambassador of Lower Saxony”12. June 2017
On June 6, 2017 in Hannover, our "Fruity Salad Oil" and "Hearty Salad Oil" were honored by the Minister President Stephan Weil as one of the best food products from Lower Saxony. Our "Spicy Salad Oil" was already awarded in 2014. Thus, we are proud to offer you our Salad Oil Trio as a culinary ambassador.
The valuation includes a regional origin of the raw materials, a transparent manufacturing process and a positive overall impression of the company™s history. Eventually, the most important criterion is the product's taste and quality.
It is no wonder that the "Hearty Salad Oil" scored with its combination of native rapeseed, sunflower seed and the mild taste of ripe olives. The "Fruity Salad Oil" combines the delicate oil composition with a fine flavour of summery limes, oranges and lemons.

Ölmühle Solling at BioFach 2017 in Nürnberg01. March 2017
With a visitor record of more than 50,000 visitors from 134 countries, the trade fair BioFach took place again in Nuremberg in February. A total of 2,785 exhibitors from 88 countries took part in the international branch meeting. The Ölmühle Solling once again presented its great organic oil diversity. This year's novelties were the "Smoked Pepper" spice oil and two types of salad oil. All new products are available from in our shops and online. Christian Meyer, Minister of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection, also visited the exhibition stand of the Ölmühle Solling. He gained an impression of the visitor's admission and the positive development of the oil manufactory. The family-run company has grown steadily since its foundation in 1996 and employs over 60 people from six nations, including three refugees from Iran and Syria.
