Olive oil - a classic in the kitchen

We recommend this olive oil for dishes like pasta and pizza and - of course - for classic salad dressings. For the latter, it is a perfect combination with dark balsamic vinegars. With its mild taste, this olive oil can also be used for hummus spreads or dips. While it is also suitable for steaming or short frying, it should only be heated moderately and for a short time to maintain its taste and to prevent the production of smoke in the pan. Wir hatten mehrere Male Olivenöl aus Palästina und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Dieses Olivenöl aus Italien kommt geschmacklich lange nicht an das Palästina-Öl heran.
