Zutaten
600 g | green asparagus |
600 g | tagliatelle |
1 TL | cane sugar or coconut flower sugar |
1 EL | coconut oil |
1 TL | basil spice oil |
1 Prise | salt and pepper |
Zubereitung
Peel and blanch asparagus. Place in ice cold water to preserve colour and firm bite. Meanwhile, cook pasta until al dente. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Cut asparagus diagonally and sauté in the pan. Drain tagliatelle, add to the pan and toss. The sauce can be refined with cream or yogurt if desired. Simply stir in the dairy product a few moments before serving. Season with a pinch of cane sugar, basil spice oil, salt and pepper.
Hinweise
The dish goes well with tomato onion salad seasoned with a few drops basil spice oil, salt and black pepper.
