Zutaten
2 EL | coconut oil |
40 g | walnuts |
3 | dates |
2 EL | maple syrup |
2 EL | peanut butter |
1 EL | unsweetened peanut butter |
30 g | puffed amaranth |
150 g | optional oder dark chocolate |
Zubereitung
Finely blend walnuts and dates in a food processor and mix in a bowl with all remaining ingredients.
Spread out in a flat baking pan and put in the freezer for 20 minutes. Cut into the desired shape with a sharp knife. Once firm, the bars can be coated with melted chocolate if desired.
