Our peanut butter powder is a alternative to peanut butter - without additives such as sugar or salt and with almost 50 % fewer calories. Our powder has 376 calories per 100 grams. By comparison, peanut butter has an average of 626 calories.
The peanut powder contains only one ingredient: peanuts from certified organic farming. It therefore offers the taste of 100 % peanuts with only 7.3 grams of fat per 100 grams. The powder is also characterized by a high content of vegetable protein (51.6 g per 100 g) and fibre (13.7 g per 100 g).
Made from 100% organic peanuts, without additives
Peanut butter powder is a natural plant-based source of protein with no additives. It gives food and drinks an unmistakable nutty flavor. It is made from peanuts from certified organic farming. The particularly gentle production process ensures that the valuable ingredients are preserved in the best possible way.

In our factory we work with small spindle presses and can guarantee low pressing temperatures - usually between 35 °C and 40 °C. Pressing the organic peanuts not only produces a delicious, virgin peanut oil, but also the press cake or oil cake. This is the basis for our de-oiled peanut butter powder. The oil cake is roasted for a short time at around 160 °C before being ground into a fine powder.
For peanut butter, porridge and smoothies
Adding water or milk turns the powder into a creamy peanut butter. The consistency can be customized by adding more or less liquid. The thicker peanut butter is suitable as a spread or cream. As a more liquid version, the mixture can be added to protein shakes or smoothies.
Powdered peanut butter also enriches porridge, ice cream, yogurt, pastries, pancakes, muffins and cakes. Curries and sauces are also given a unique taste with the addition of peanut butter powder.
Usage
The powder is suitable as an ingredient in smoothies, yogurt and muesli as well as a nutty component for curries and sauces. Pastries, muffins and cakes are given a subtle peanut flavor: simply mix the powder into flour or mix with water and use like peanut butter. The powder gives homemade protein bars and energy balls a full peanut flavor.
Mixing peanut butter
Mix with water or milk to create a creamy peanut butter with a high protein content. The consistency can be individually determined by the amount of liquid added to the powder. Add the water or milk little by little until the desired creaminess is achieved.
