Walnut flour For this fine walnut flour, unroasted walnuts are gently de-oiled and ground. It still contains around 10 g of walnut oil per 100 g as well as vegetable protein and around 19 g of fiber per 100 g. Ideal for fine baked goods and cookies.

schmeckt ziemlich bitter, aber nicht, weil es ranzig wäre, es riecht frisch. Vermutlich schmeckt entöltes Walnussmehl einfach so.
