For our fine linseed flour, unroasted brown linseed is gently de-oiled and ground. It still contains around 10 g linseed oil per 100 g as well as vegetable protein and around 40 g fiber per 100 g. Linseed flour is ideal as an ingredient in muesli, bread and rolls.
