This unfiltered organic black cumin oil is cold-pressed fresh from the mill from Egyptian black cumin seeds at Ölmühle Solling. As the oil is not filtered after gentle pressing, it still contains all the valuable cloudy and suspended substances. It is also rich in essential oils and fatty substances. Compared to filtered black cumin oil, unfiltered oil has a darker color and is thicker and also has a more intense and slightly pungent taste.

ungewohnter herber Geschmack, man gewöhnt sich aber daran schnell; Ich nehme es für einen Frühstücksbrei aus Magerquark, Walnüssen u.a., Banane, Beerenobst /Apfel/Kiwi,... Zitronensaft, Lein- und Schwarzkümmelöl (je1-2 Teel.) zur antientzündlichen Ernährung.
