Ingredients

| 2 TL | salt |
| 75 g | hemp protein |
| 425 g | wholemeal |
| 450 ml | lukewarm water |
| 8 g | dry yeast |
| 150 g | peeled or unpeeled hemp seeds |
| 2 EL | apple vinegar |
Preparation
Mix water and dry yeast. Knead hemp protein, wholemeal, hemp seeds, apple vinegar, salt and the water-yeast mix to a dough. Place in a greased loaf pan (the dough does not need to rest beforehand). Bake at 200 °C top / bottom heat for 60 minutes, the oven does not need to be preheated. Allow the bread to cool for at least one hour before removing it from the loaf pan.
