2 TL | nana mint spice oil |
250 g | frozen raspberries |
50 g | powdered sugar |
juice of half a lime | |
20 ml | gin |
Zubereitung
Mix raspberries, powdered sugar, lime juice and gin with a blender. If you would like to serve the sorbet later, put in the freezer and stir once every hour to maintain the fluffy texture. The gin prevents the sorbet from deep-freezing.
Serve one scoop of sorbet on each plate. Refine with a few drops nana mint spice oil per portion. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or raspberries if desired.
