Roasted sesame seeds

Our Roasted Sesame Oil is gently cold-pressed from mildly roasted organic sesame seeds. The gentle roasting process ensures that the sesame oil is not over-roasted and retains its valuable ingredients. The virgin sesame oil content is still at least 50% as we only partially roast the sesame seeds. The resulting mild roasted flavour gives the sesame oil its distinctive character.

Sesame oil in fine dining

Our cold-pressed sesame oil is ideal for quick frying and warming dishes. It lends a typically strong flavour to Asian dishes. Sesame oil is ideal for stir-frying vegetables and tofu. Virgin or toasted sesame oil can also be used in cold dishes and is perfect as a dressing for papaya and mango salads.

Usage

The nutty, toasted flavour of this sesame oil makes it ideal for enhancing the flavour of hot Asian dishes. It can also be used for quick frying up to 180°C.
