450 ml | water |
1 TL | salt |
200 g | bulgur |
4 | large tomatoes |
1 | cucumber |
1 | onion |
1 | spring onion |
1 Bund | parsley |
1 | clove of garlic |
3 EL | olive lemon spice oil or tando or i spice oil |
2 EL | black cumin seed oil |
1 Prise | pepper |
Zubereitung
Bring 450 ml water and half a teaspoon salt to a boil. Wash bulgur in a sieve, add to the boiling water and simmer for around 10 minutes. Remove from the stove and allow to swell for 30 minutes. Cut tomatoes and cucumber into small dice, chop onion, spring onion, garlic and parsley. Mix with the bulgur. Prepare a dressing from spice oil, black cumin seed oil, salt and pepper and mix with the salad.
