Zutaten
2 | chicken breasts (at 100 g) |
100 g | yogurt |
2 TL | Tikka Masala coconut spice oil |
1 | clove of garlic |
1 | lemon, cut into slices |
1 TL | nana mint spice oil |
fresh basil leaves | |
2 | rosemary twigs |
½ TL | red and black pepperc or ns |
salt and pepper |
Zubereitung
Melt Tikka Masala coconut spice oil and mix with 3 tablespoons yogurt. Season with salt and pepper and brush over the chicken breasts. Place in an oven dish and cover with lemon slices, rosemary twigs and peppercorns. Peel the garlic clove, press with a knife until it cracks and add to the casserole. Cook in the preheated oven (220 °C top / bottom heat) for around 25 minutes, turning occasionally. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Serve with rice on the side, oven vegetables and a yogurt dip with nana mit oil. For the dip, mix the remaining yogurt nana mit oil and season with salt and pepper.
