Walnut flour is made from walnuts which are gently de-oiled and finely ground It contains still approximately 15 % walnut oil together with vegetable protein and approximately 13 % dietary fibre. The walnuts which are ground for this aromatic nutty flour come from growers in Moldavia and India. In the long term we will buy our walnuts from our project in Armenia. Ideal for delicate pastries and biscuits! Gluten free.
