Zutaten
50 g | fresh sprouts |
½ | cucumber |
100 g | double cream cheese |
150 g | cottage cheese |
1 TL | basil spice oil |
½ TL | raw cane sugar or honey |
1 | ripe avocado |
2 Prise | salt and pepper |
4 Scheiben | wholewheat bread |
Zubereitung
Wash cucumber and cut into thin slices. Wash sprouts and allow to drip. Mix both cream cheese sorts, cane sugar or honey, salt, pepper and basil spice oil. Mash the avocado with a fork and add to the mix. Fold in half of the sprouts. Toast wholewheat bread and spread out the cream cheese mix. Top off with cucumber slices and the remaining sprouts.
