Cold pressed vegetable oils combine naturally well with other aromatic ingredients. For centuries chefs have enjoyed putting herbs and spices in oil so that they are always in a position to season food with an aromatic spice flavour. The same can be said of us when it comes to this good culinary tradition of keeping spices fresh. However, we had the special idea of not placing the spices into finished oil but putting them into the press with the oil seeds. In this way, the flavour and oil combine to give a particularly intensive taste experience.

Add the oil to the dish at the very end of cooking time just before serving and then stir. The spice oils can withstand gentlw heat, some can even be used for light frying, Ideal for marinating as a short "soaking" time suffices. Practical for seasoning at the table!
