Our Coffee Almond Flavoured Oil is made from mildly roasted organic Fairtrade coffee beans and freshly cold-pressed almond oil. The ingredients combine to create a fragrant spice oil speciality for the sweet kitchen: fine pastries, ice cream, praline fillings and desserts are transformed into elegant delicacies with just a few drops.

Almond oil as a precious base

Cold pressed almond oil from the Ölmühle Solling is the basis for the fine coffee almond seasoning oil. It is gently produced from unroasted almonds from controlled organic cultivation. Pure almond oil has a pale yellow colour and a mild almond flavour and aroma. The oil is rich in valuable ingredients such as the unsaturated fatty acid oleic acid. The oleic acid content is around 68g per 100g, similar to olive oil. Replacing saturated fatty acids with unsaturated fatty acids in the diet helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Oleic acid is an unsaturated fatty acid.

Usage

For seasoning, baking, desserts and sweets. Fine pastries, ice creams, praline fillings and desserts are transformed into elegant delicacies with just a few drops.

Ein wunderbares Öl mit einem feinem Kaffeearoma. Danke für die Rezepte, die mich inspiriert haben dieses Öl zu kaufen. Das Cashew-Eis war geschmacklich mit dem Kaffeeöl gut, jedoch in der Konsistenz mit den Eiswürfeln nicht so ganz meins. Dafür habe ich damit Schlagsahne aromatisiert- wunderbar 😊

Eins meiner Lieblingsöle der Ölmühle Solling und in dieser tollen Qualität habe ich es bisher auch nur hier entdeckt. Ich nutze es gerne für mein Müsli, aber auch ganz lecker in einer Mousse au Chocolat. Da es auf Mandelölbasis ist, habe ich es auch schon einmal für die Gesichtspflege genutzt.

Wir sind überrascht wie gut dieses Öl schmeckt. Man kann es einfach über Vanilleeis geben, dazu ein paar gebrannte Kürbiskerne, eventuel noch einen Tupfer Sahne und mit ein paar Eiswaffeln garniert und sie werden staunen, wie überrascht ihr Besuch von ihrem schnellen Nachtisch ist.
