Coffee chocolate cookies Zutaten für 8 Personen

Zutaten

150 gspelt or wheat flour
70 goats
1 TLbaking powder
½ TLsalt
4 TLcoffee almond spice oil
100 gcoconut oil
50 gsoft butter
80 gdark chocolate
50 gcoconut flower sugar
50 gpowdered sugar
1 egg
80 gcashew nuts

Zubereitung
Mix the flour with oats, baking powder, salt and one egg in a large bowl. Melt dark chocolate in a hot water bath, stir in butter, coconut oil, coffee almond spice oil, coconut flower sugar and powdered sugar. Place in the large bowl. Roughly chop cashew nuts and mix with the dough.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C top / bottom heat. Take small portions of the dough, roll in your palm and place on a baking tray with parchment paper. Gently press the dough balls flat and leave some space between them. If the dough is too runny, you can also use a spoon. Bake for around 10 minutes and allow to cool.
