150 g | spelt or wheat flour |
70 g | oats |
1 TL | baking powder |
0.5 TL | salt |
4 TL | coffee almond spice oil |
100 g | coconut oil |
50 g | soft butter |
80 g | dark chocolate |
50 g | coconut flower sugar |
50 g | powdered sugar |
1 | egg |
80 g | cashew nuts |
Zubereitung
Mix the flour with oats, baking powder, salt and one egg in a large bowl. Melt dark chocolate in a hot water bath, stir in butter, coconut oil, coffee almond spice oil, coconut flower sugar and powdered sugar. Place in the large bowl. Roughly chop cashew nuts and mix with the dough.\r\nPreheat the oven to 180 °C top / bottom heat. Take small portions of the dough, roll in your palm and place on a baking tray with parchment paper. Gently press the dough balls flat and leave some space between them. If the dough is too runny, you can also use a spoon. Bake for around 10 minutes and allow to cool.
