Apricot Kernel Oil adds a mild aroma and flavour to dishes. It adds a sophisticated touch to both desserts and salad dressings. Our Organic Apricot Kernel Oil is cold-pressed, fresh from the mill, from the aromatic kernels of fully ripe, 100% certified organic apricots, or more precisely, from the soft almond found in the stone of each apricot.

Gentle cold pressing

Because Apricot Kernel Oil is always produced fresh and with great care, it preserves the valuable ingredients and typical flavour of the variety. Apricot kernel oil is particularly valuable because it is high in monounsaturated fatty acids, which cannot be produced by the body and can only be obtained from food. In addition, 100g of apricot kernel oil contains around 27g of omega-6 double unsaturated fatty acids.

For sweet and savoury dishes

Apricot kernel oil is particularly suitable for making dessert sauces or desserts such as panna cotta. The oil should not be heated to high temperatures due to its low smoke point. As well as cooking, apricot kernel oil can be used for skin care. Apricot kernel oil should be stored in a dark, cool place to maximise its shelf life.

Das Aprikosenkernöl habe ich zum ersten Mal bestellt. Sehr schöne, zarte Duft und leckeres Geschmack. Ich benutze das Öl nicht nur für mein Müsli oder Obstsalat, sondern auch als Kosmetik Öl für die Lippen und in die meine Gesichtskreme. Das Aprikosenkernöl gefällt mir richtig gut! Das Aprikosenkernöl haben wir mit Mandelöl zum Vergleichen bestellt, da die Öle sich ähneln sollen, jedoch die Flasche Aprikosenkernöl bisher noch nicht geöffnet. Wir setzen weiterhin auf die hervorragende Bio-Qualität der Ölmühle Solling und freuen uns über das ansprechende Sortiment.

Sehr leckeres Öl mit angenehmer marzipanartiger Note. Nach meinem Empfinden nicht so kräftig wie das vom Aroma ähnliche Pflaumenkernöl. Paßt z.B. auch zu Joghurt-/Sojaghurt- bzw. Müslizubereitungen. Für das Aufpeppen von Süßem geeignet.

Ich bin z.Zeit auf einer sehr strengen Lowcarb Diät und reichere mein Frühstück damit an, gibt den Ballaststoffen einen Marzipan Touch. Wenn am Abend noch Fettmenge im Diätplan fehlt, ergänze ich gern mit leckeren und gesunden Ölen.
