Apricot Kernel Oil adds a mild aroma and flavour to dishes. It adds a sophisticated touch to both desserts and salad dressings. Our Organic Apricot Kernel Oil is cold-pressed, fresh from the mill, from the aromatic kernels of fully ripe, 100% certified organic apricots, or more precisely, from the soft almond found in the stone of each apricot.

Because Apricot Kernel Oil is always produced fresh and with great care, it preserves the valuable ingredients and typical flavour of the variety. Apricot kernel oil is particularly valuable because it is high in monounsaturated fatty acids, which cannot be produced by the body and can only be obtained from food. In addition, 100g of apricot kernel oil contains around 27g of omega-6 double unsaturated fatty acids.
For sweet and savoury dishes
Apricot kernel oil is particularly suitable for making dessert sauces or desserts such as panna cotta. The oil should not be heated to high temperatures due to its low smoke point. As well as cooking, apricot kernel oil can be used for skin care. Apricot kernel oil should be stored in a dark, cool place to maximise its shelf life.
