The deep red oil is a delicious combination of sun-ripened, smoked bell peppers and freshly milled canola oil. It convinces both fans of classic "smoked paprika" and everyone who likes an aromatic savoury taste. Next to smoked paprika, the spice blend contains mustard seed, turmeric, garlic, coriander, lovage and fenugreek. Cayenne pepper adds a mild spiciness. Cinnamon, bay leaves and cardamom round off the taste.
In addition, our smoked paprika spice oil is ideal for those keeping a salt-reduced diet. Similar to smoked salt, the spice oil creates an aromatic savoury taste so that no additional salt is needed. Usage
Our smoked paprika spice oil is perfect for marinating fish and meat as well as for vegetable dishes. Due to its aromatic smoke taste, we especially recommend it for preparing tofu. It adds a special flavour to intense sauces for steak or spare ribs. The spice oil is also goes well with chili con carne, tacos or cheese dishes. Moreover, it is an ideal ingredient for dips on the basis of cream cheese or yogurt as it does not only refine the taste but also gives an appetising red colour.
