Garlic Flavoured Oil is a blend of extra virgin olive oil and freshly harvested garlic. The high quality olive oil has a full flavour and is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids. Combined with spicy garlic, it adds a special flavour to both hot and cold dishes.
Seasoning oil brings the full flavour of garlic to the kitchen - without the need to peel and chop the bulb. Red and white garlic are the basis for the fresh flavour of this oil. It should not be heated too much, otherwise the fine aromas may be lost.

Garlic is a bulbous plant that botanically belongs to a subgenus of the allium family. There are about 300 different varieties worldwide. Garlic (Allium sativum) is at home in almost every kitchen and has a typical, slightly pungent yet spicy flavour and intense aroma.

Sun-ripened organic olives are centrifuged in the traditional way to create the base for our Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil. The high-quality olive oil from Italy has a fruity taste and is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids. The infused oil is an oil extract. The ingredients from the fresh garlic are extracted by soaking in the Italian olive oil, resulting in the full-bodied flavour of our Garlic Spice Oil.

Usage
The Garlic Olive Seasoning Oil adds an aromatic garlic flavour to hot and cold dishes. It is ideal with pasta, pizza and vegetable dishes. It is also delicious on its own with bread.
Our tip for a quick pasta dish: cook the pasta al dente, add a few drops of Garlic Olive Seasoning Oil and enjoy the flavour.
