The garlic seasoning oil is a blend of gently extracted olive oil and freshly harvested garlic. The high-quality olive oil has a full-bodied taste and is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids. Together with spicy garlic, the seasoning oil gives cold and hot dishes a special touch.
The seasoning oil brings the full flavor of garlic into the kitchen - without having to peel and chop the bulb. Red and white garlic form the basis for the fresh aroma of this seasoning oil. It should not be heated too much, otherwise the fine aromas may be lost.
