A classic of home cooking: pepper, rosemary, caraway, mustard seeds, bay leaves, juniper berries and garlic give the harmonious blend of cold-pressed rapeseed oil, sunflower oil and safflower oil an unmistakable, hearty taste.
The oil tolerates moderate heating in the pan and transforms hot dishes into real delicacies. For hot and cold dishes, hearty salads, ideal for marinating meat and fish or as a spicy addition to soups and sauces. Also tastes delicious simply drizzled over fresh baguette or baked on bread in the pan.
Valuable base: rapeseed oil, sunflower oil and safflower oil from organic farming
Our cold-pressed rapeseed oil, sunflower oil and safflower oil form the basis for our herb garlic oil. As the "olive oil of the north", our organic rapeseed oil even clearly surpasses the "olive oil of the south" in its content of valuable polyunsaturated fatty acids. Sunflower oil is characterized by its mild taste and its content of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids as well as vitamin E (approx. 48 mg per 100 ml). Safflower oil is particularly rich in linoleic acid (approx. 80 g per 100 g), which can help to maintain a normal blood cholesterol level. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid, which corresponds to 23 g (about 3 tablespoons of 8 g each) of the herbal garlic oil.
The combination of these three valuable oils is therefore ideal for our popular herbal garlic seasoning oil.
Usage
