A classic of home cooking: pepper, rosemary, caraway, mustard seed, bay leaf, juniper berries and garlic give this harmonious blend of cold-pressed rapeseed, sunflower and safflower oils a distinctive, hearty flavour.

The oil tolerates moderate heat in the pan and transforms hot dishes into real delicacies. For hot and cold dishes, hearty salads, ideal for marinating meat and fish or as a spicy addition to soups and sauces. Also delicious drizzled over fresh baguette or baked on bread.

Valuable base: organic rapeseed, sunflower and safflower oils

Our cold-pressed rapeseed, sunflower and safflower oils form the basis of our herb garlic oil. As the 'olive oil of the north', our organic rapeseed oil even surpasses the 'olive oil of the south' in its content of valuable polyunsaturated fatty acids. Sunflower oil is characterised by its mild taste and its content of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids as well as vitamin E (approx. 48 mg per 100 ml). Safflower oil is particularly rich in linoleic acid (about 80 g per 100 g), which can help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. A daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid is equivalent to 23 g (about 3 tablespoons of 8 g each) of herbal garlic oil.

The combination of these three valuable oils is therefore ideal for our popular Herbal Garlic Seasoning Oil.

Usage

The oil tolerates moderate heat in the pan and transforms hot dishes into real delicacies. For hot and cold dishes, hearty salads, ideal for marinating meat and fish or as a flavoursome addition to soups and sauces. Also delicious simply drizzled over fresh baguette or baked on bread in the pan.

Vorher war in der Flasche immer Kräuter, Knoblauch und Gewürze. Jetzt werden diese mitgeprest. Schmeckt mir nicht mehr, war vorher besser. Bestelle ich nicht mehr.
