Zubereitung
Healthy and fruity breakfast - this breakfast bowl is creamy smoothie with flaxseed oil, garnished with granola, chia seeds, coconut rasps and fresh fruits.\r\n\r\nFor the smoothie, mix yogurt, flaxseed oil, fresh strawberries (or raspberries) and a banana in a blender. Add chia seeds and let soak for at least 10 minutes. Pour in bowls and garnish according to taste with granola, raspberries, strawberries, banana slices, coconut rasps, hemp seeds and chia seeds. Drizzle over with omega balance oil or chia oil if desired.

Also tasty with other fruits like kiwis, blueberries, peach or pineapple.
