| 150 g | coconut oil |
| 350 g | dark couverture chocolate |
| 100 g | almond flour |
| 4 | eggs |
| 140 ml | milk |
| 150 g | sugar |
| 100 g | flour |
| 1 EL | vanilla almond spice oil |
| 1 Prise | salt |
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan. Melt 100 g dark couverture chocolate and coconut oil in a hot water bath. Whisk eggs and sugar until foamy, fold in the slightly cooled chocolate coconut mix, flour, milk, a pinch of salt and almond flour. Work into a smooth dough. Pour in a greased springform pan and bake for around 30 minutes. Allow to cool.\r\n\r\nMeanwhile, melt 200 g dark couverture chocolate in a hot water bath and stir in vanilla almond spice oil. Brush on the warm, not hot, brownies and allow to cool.
