Christmas biscuits Zutaten für 8 Personen

Zutaten

100 gsoft butter
100 gcoconut flower sugar
100 gsugar
70 gcream
2 egg yolks
3 TLcinnamon almond spice oil
1 Prisesalt
0.5 TLbaking powder
350 gwheat flour
100 gground hazelnuts
50 gsoft coconut oil

Zubereitung
Mix butter and coconut oil and add coconut flower sugar, sugar, cream, egg yolk, cinnamon almond spice oil, baking powder and salt. Add wheat flour and ground hazelnuts and knead to a dough. Form a ball from the dough and place in a sealable container. Put in the fridge for a few hours. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Flour a work top and knead the dough again. Roll out to 3-4 mm thick in small portions. Cut the dough with biscuit cutters and place on a baking tray with parchment paper. Leave some space between the biscuits. Dissolve one tablespoon sugar in two tablespoons water and brush on the biscuits. Bake for 8 minutes on the middle rack until golden brown.
