Ingredients

| 400 g | whole-wheat flour |
| 100 g | hemp seed flour |
| 2 Päckchen | baking powder |
| 1.5 TL | salt |
| 500 g | curd |
| 2 | eggs |
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan. Put all ingredients in a bowl and work into a dough with a hand mixer. Form small buns and bake on the lower rack of the oven for around 30 minutes. If desired, sprinkle the dough with hemp seeds, black cumin seeds or flaxseeds before baking.
Hinweise
You can also use almond, pumpkin seed, flaxseed or sesame seed flour instead of hemp seed flour. The dough does not contain yeast so it does not need to rest.
