Feta cheese paste Zutaten für 4 Personen

200 gfeta cheese
50 gunsweetened yogurt
30 gblack olives
½ Bundflat leaf parsley
½ red bell pepper
2 ELthyme sage spice oil
salt and pepper

Crumble feta and blend with yogurt and thyme sage spice oil. You can also use other variants like our basil, Herbes de Provence, ginger lemongrass, Mediterranean, olive lemon or herb garlic spice oil.
Chop the remaining ingredients and fold in with a fork. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with pita bread or baguette on the side.

The paste is also suitable as stuffing for pita bread with vegetables or meat.
