| 200 g | feta cheese |
| 50 g | unsweetened yogurt |
| 30 g | black olives |
| 0.5 Bund | flat leaf parsley |
| 0.5 | red bell pepper |
| 2 EL | thyme sage spice oil |
| salt and pepper |
Preparation
Crumble feta and blend with yogurt and thyme sage spice oil. You can also use other variants like our basil, Herbes de Provence, ginger lemongrass, Mediterranean, olive lemon or herb garlic spice oil.\r\nChop the remaining ingredients and fold in with a fork. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with pita bread or baguette on the side.
Hinweise
The paste is also suitable as stuffing for pita bread with vegetables or meat.
