| 1 Bund | rocket salad |
| 150 g | soy sprouts |
| 0.5 | cucumber |
| 120 g | canned chickpeas |
| 3 EL | hemp seed oil |
| 2 EL | Condimento Bianco |

| pepper | |
| 1 TL | agave syrup |
Preparation
Peel avocados, remove kernel and cut in thin slices. Cut the cucumber in thin slices as well. Wash rocket salad and soy sprouts and allow to drip. Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté chickpeas and soy sprouts for around 2 minutes. Distribute all ingredients in flat bowls.\r\nFor the dressing, mix hemp seed oil, Condimento Bianco, agave syrup, herb salt and pepper and pour over the bowl right before serving.
