2 | ripe avocados |
1 | lemon |
2 TL | onion garlic spice oil |
2 TL | pomegranate seed oil |
2 EL | crème fraîche |
½ TL | sea salt |
1 Prise | pepper |
seeds of one pomegranate | |
fresh basil leaves |
Zubereitung
Peel avocados and mash with a fork or a blender to a smooth paste. Stir in the juice of one lemon, onion garlic spice oil and pomegranate seed oil. Add crème fraîche, sea salt and pepper and mix.
Place in a bowl and garnish with pomegranate seeds and fresh basil leaves.
Hinweise
Pomegranate seeds can be collected very easily: Put cold water in a large bowl. Cut the pomegranate into quarters and immerse in the bowl of water. Release the seeds underwater with your fingers. The white skin of the pomegranate will rise to the surface and can be skimmed. When you are done, pour the content of the bowl through a sieve to collect the seeds.
