Hazelnut mustard crust Recipe

Ingredients

| 100 g | hazelnut flour |
| 1 TL | mustard spice oil |
| 1 TL | honey |
| 1 Prise | salt |
| 50 g | wholemeal breadcrumbs |
| 1 | egg yolk |
| 50 g | coconut oil |
Preparation
Mix all ingredients with a hand-held mixer until smooth. Spread out on parchment paper and thinly roll out. Put in the fridge.Sauté meat, fish or vegetables, cover with the crust and bake at 170 °C top / bottom heat for 10 minutes or fry in a pan with coconut oil from both sides until golden brown.
